The audio guestbook is part of your ForeverPix gallery. Guest photos and voice messages complement each other, but voices do not appear in the public photo area. No separate guestbook subscription is needed.

Is this a phone we rent?
No. ForeverPix is a digital audio guestbook in the browser. Guests use their own smartphones. No phone or hardware is supplied, and it is not a real telephone call.
Can guests hear other people’s messages?
No. Only authorised hosts and co-managers can access messages. Guests can hear your greeting, not the private inbox.
Where do we record our greeting?
Open your gallery settings, then Audio Guestbook. Enable the feature, record your greeting and choose your names and call image there.
How do we listen and save messages?
As a host, open the audio guestbook’s private inbox. Once processed, each message can be played and downloaded as an MP3. Download your memories before your gallery expires; indefinite storage is not promised.
Do guests need an app or account?
No. They need a current smartphone browser, internet and permission to record with the microphone. Test your phones before the event: permissions and volume behaviour vary by device.
Are voices sent to AI providers?
No. Recordings are processed on the ForeverPix server and stored privately. There is no transfer to voice AI providers, voice cloning or public audio gallery.
