guest photo gallery. If you've captured a lovely moment, please share a
few favourites. Just scan and upload in your browser. Thank you!
Agree the timing with the couple and host. Avoid vows, speeches and any
phone-free parts of the celebration.

4 · FRIENDLY MESSAGE AFTERWARDS
Thank you for making our day so special. If you still have wedding photos

favourites are perfect. We can't wait to see the day through your eyes!
One friendly reminder is enough; avoid chasing guests every day.

5 · BEFORE-YOU-PRINT CHECKLIST
- Check the guest access and media allowance. Videos depend on the plan.
- Keep the QR code undistorted, with a clear border and strong contrast.
- Add a readable backup link and a short instruction.
- Test the final printed card on two different phones.
- Check the venue lighting and internet connection. Do not assume offline
  uploads; guests can return to the link later when connected.
- Keep the guest link within the invited group.
- Respect private moments and permissions to share images.
- Download important pictures in time and keep a separate backup.
